This scenario takes place after a route where you decide to ambush Feil’s army instead of rushing them head-on. Chapter 23 here is a bit harder because you have forced deployed units and Aura Battler’s Rimul, who joined in the previous map and is incredibly weak. Turn 2, and the reinforcement full f your units arrives. Interesting enough, Nobose does not command the Mobile Fortress despite being there. We have two boss units. Although you only need to take down Feil to win. Kevin Ault is at level 43. He has “Actions 2”, allowing him to act twice a turn. His unit, Blowell Custom can absorb beam attacks. This makes all Gundams except F91 useless against him. His most dangerous attacks are Linear Railgun, 7 range, and the Anti-Air missile. Feilord Vilsaer, at level 46, also has “Actions 2” He’s the real boss unit and is a lot more dangerous. He has 12 move range, which is doubled into 2 per urn. He also nulls map attacks. His strongest attack, Mega Smasher, has 6 range. He also has a map attack, so be careful of that as well. These are my units. The top ace is Mio Sasuga, level 41, in the Zamzeed. Masaki Andoh in Cybuster, level 40. Presia Zenoskis, level 33, in the Diablo Seabook Arnoin his utterly broken Gundam F91, at level 37. Sho Zama, level 39 in the Billbine, which is one of the most defense units despite being a real type robot. Marvel Frozen, level 33, using the severely underpowered Dunbine Level 39 Todd Guinness in a Leprechaun for better weaponry. Kou Uragi, level 40, in Gundam GP-01 Full Burnern. He’s come this far all thanks to the Lucky Spirit. Kouji Kabuto, level 33, in the Mazinger Z. Cenia Visaer in a Nols, level 34. Could have pumped more EXP into her. Tytti Norbuck, level 33 in the Gaddess. She’s sitting in the most comfortable terrain for her mech. Judau Ashita in the Double Zeta Gundam; level 35. Despite looking like a super, ZZ has a very lousy defense in this game. Elle Humms, level 30, in the battleship Goraon. Level 38 Maria Fleet in Great Mazinger, which I sent in for a repair. Rimul Luft, level 31 in a Wryneck. She’s recruited the previous map and is completely outclassed in these boss fights. Anavel Gato, level 27 in Gundam GP-02, who is forced deployed… I don’t really care about Gato. I’ve landed this wall of robots over here in the wood to gain terrain bonuses and to prevent the Blowell from wandering into the tree. I’ve also set everybody on defense since we’re fighting bosses. Duraxyll’s weapon range is 6. I’ve placed everybody out of that, so I can lure Feil out of the mountain. Fire all the long-range ranged weapons at the bosses if you have them. Now that’s just absurd. If I am pulling my punch, I wouldn’t have set this trap and sent out lolis to unload their cannons on the enemies, would I? Aside from F91, Diablo and Zamzeed are the best snipers in Masaki’s route. Precia has “Hot Blood” while Mio has “Lucky”, making them unstoppable. Which also explains why I put the melee-oriented Todd into a Leprechaun. His “Lucky” and “Hot Blood” help you rack up EXP and money with its ranged weapons. Feil will always go after Cenia if he can, then he’ll target anybody without a terrain bonus. Then there are these guys, who take forever to move. This fight will be over before they can fight us. More than half of your team should all have “Actions 2” at this stage of the game. So, go all out. One down. The forest has shielded F91 from the damage a bit, but if Feil actually lands a critical hit, he’ll OHKO any Gundam and Aura Battler with his Mega Smasher. And that’s something don’t want to risk Marvel with. Normally, you wouldn’t even fight a super boss with a Gundam if it wasn’t shielded by the terrain. Now he’s below 9999 HP. This fight will end before Feil can do anything to take over the world. That should heal all the damages he did. That’s a gigantic slap to the face if I’d say it. Almost there. Now, for the finish.
