  1. It looks like the camera was distorted to make this 1200 sq ft house look much larger. Very charming transformation.

  2. Many still think less is less, even real estate agents! The trend to smaller, sensible homes is driven by retirees and there are a lot of them. They just have to unload their bigger, inefficient house and all the stuff that their kids and grandkids don’t want. When you see how Europeans and the tiny house movement people are living and really think about it it just makes so much sense. Also when I visited a retired couple who are living on a boat that planted some new ideas also. Less is best!

  3. Beautiful, but alot of wasted space in bathroom. A little too "open" . Would prefer a separate water closet and enclosed shower.

  4. I really dislike white brick tiles; they remind me of public toilets. However, this is quite a lovely house.
